摘　　要： 在当前这样一个经济、社会转型期,商业保险作为国民经济的助推器和社会民生的稳定器,对于构建一个和谐发展的社会是十分重要的。本文从商业保险承担社会责任的动因方面做出分析,对影响商业保险承担社会责任的因素进行思考,并对如何在构建和谐社会的历史进程中有效推动商业保险承担社会责任提出对策建议。 Under the background of social and political transformation,commercial insurance, as economic accelerator and people＇s livelihood stabilizer, is very important to establish a harmonious society. This paper reviewed the motivation of taking social responsibility in commercial insurance organizations, and analyzed the key factors that influenced commercial insurance corporations＇ taking social responsibility, and further put forward related suggestion to motivate commercial insurance organization＇s taking social responsibility in establishing a harmonious society.
