摘　　要： 现阶段我国的票据市场有较大发展,但总体上仍处于发展的初级阶段,存在较大风险,故必须规范信用行为.建立风险防范机制,建议大力推进票据利率市场化,建立专业性的票据交易机构,进一步完善"做市商"制度. Having been developed greatly in recent years,the commercia paper market in China is still in its initial stages of development with many kinds of defects as a whole.Thus in order to develop the commercial paper market it is essential to regulate the credit activities;to set up the risk resolution mechanism; to advance the process of marketlizatio of commercial paper rates; to fasten the development of the uniform national paper commercial market and to establish the professional commercial paper intermediary so as to improve the market maker system.
