摘　　要： 会计实践教学是学生能力培养的重要环节，在学生能力培养方面应实施层次化管理，从会计专业知识的层次性考虑实践时间的合理安排，同时建立有层次的会计实践考核评价体系。并且在会计实践教学中，应将实践教学指南项目规范化，强化教师的实践教学能力，调动学生自主学习的规范理念。 Accounting practice teaching is an important part in developing students＇ practical ability. The paper argues that both hierarchical management and reasonable time schedule arrangement are the basic elements to enhance the efficiency of ability ctdtivation. Meanwhile standardized guidance to teaching practice is also emphasized in improving teachers＇ teaching ability and students＇ self- directed learning.
