摘　　要： 在移动互联背景下,社区服务与治理创新也呈现出平台化趋势。广东轻工职业技术学院社区服务中心的案例呈现出协同创新的治理机制和通过搭建服务于平台的"圈环形产业链"来实现网络价值利润池的创新绩效等方面的平台构建的逻辑机理。以此为参照,社区服务平台战略的规划与实施需要转变思维,建立以利益共享为基础的共赢治理机制,完善法律法规驱动社区平台的社会化和市场化。 Under the background of mobile internet, there is a trend of platformization in the community service and management innovation. Taking the Community Service Center of Guangdong Light Industry Vocational and Technical College as an example to carry out exploratory case study, there are preliminary finds on the logic mechanism of the platform construction among the logical basis of constructing community platform, the collaborative innovation governance mechanism, and through building the ＂ring chain＂ to realize the innovation performance of value profit pool. As the reference, to plan and implement community service platform should change thinking swle, build benefit sharing-based win-win governance mechanism, and optimize the laws and regulations to drive socialization and marketization of community platform.
