摘　　要： ＂知情同意权＂不仅是患方的权利,也应是医方的权利。作为医方的一项重要职权,医方的知情同意既有利于保护医方的合法利益,也有助于增进医方对患方病情的了解,最终保护患方的利益,缓解紧张的医患关系。 The informed- consent right is not only for patients but it also should be the doctorsright. The informed- consent right of doctors can protect the interest of doctors and help the doctors to know more about the patients and chose the best therapies for them. It is helpful to ease tensions in the relationship between doctors and patients.
