摘　　要： 艾滋病作为以性行为传播为主要途径的疾病，在其防控、检测、诊治过程中因涉及医患双方的权利与义务，势必产生诸多利益冲突，包括检测中的强制与自主、疫情告知与隐私保护、公共利益与个人利益等冲突。在不伤害社群、他人利益的前提下，应当充分尊重艾滋病患者的自主权、隐私保护权，营造宽容的社会道德环境。 AIDS as a mainly sexually transmitted disease, in its prevention and control, detection, and diagno- sis and treatment process, is bound to generate a lot of conflicts of interest due to the rights and obligations of both doctors and patients. It includes the enforcement and autonomy in testing, informed and privacy protection, public interests and personal interests and other conflicts. Without harming the community and others＇ interests, we should fully respect the autonomy and privacy protection of AIDS patients, and create a tolerant social moral environment.
