摘　　要： 目的 了解我国卫生人力资源发展状况,对卫生人力资源总量、卫生人员基本情况、学历、职称构成和地区分布等情况进行分析。方法 以《2015中国卫生和计划生育统计年鉴》为数据基础,对卫生人力相关数据进行比较分析。结果 我国卫生人员学历构成有逐渐提高的趋势,东部地区每千人口卫生技术人员数高于中部和西部等。结论 我国卫生人力资源存在技术水平不足、学历构成偏低和卫生人力分布不合理等问题。建议建立健全卫生技术人员培养制度,提高卫生技术人员素质和技术水平,调整卫生人力资源分布。 OBJECTIVE To understand the status of the health human resources development in China, analyze the health human re- sources, basic situation of health technicians, record of formal schooling and title structure, regional distribution and so on. METH- ODS To compare and analyze the health workforce related databased on China Statistical Yearbook of Health and Family Planning 2015. RESULTS China＇s health technical personnel education degree had a tendency to increase gradually, eastern health technical personnel number per thousand people more than the central and western. CONCLUSION Human resources for health in China had problems, such as health technical personnel technical level and degree structure were on the low side and health manpower distribu- tion was not reasonable. It suggested to establish a system of health personnel training, improve the quality and technical level of health personnel and adjust the health human resource distribution.
