摘　　要： 基因治疗是分析还原方法深化推演的逻辑结果，它与局部定位及特异性病因的思想完全一致，背离了现代系统方法的基本原则，因此，它不可能达到治疾病之目的，必须与其它治疗方法相结合。同时，基因治疗方法漠视了心理、社会因素及自然环境因素在疾病过程中的作用违北了生物社会医学模式的客观要求，影响了现代医学模式的实现。 Gene therapy is the logical conclusion from analysis-reduction method's inference,and is in accord with the ideas of localization and peculiar pathogeny,but it deviates from the principles of modern systematology Therefore,it is unable to effect a radical cure of diseases,but must join hands with other therapeutic methods.Furthermore,gene therapy overlooks the function of psychosocial factors and natural environment in the course of disease,goes against the bio-psycho social medicine pattern,and thus has an adverse effect on the realization of modern medical pattern. [
