广东省住院医师规范化培训学员满意度调查

摘  要: 目的:了解广东省住院医师规范化培训工作的实施现状,发现制度运行存在的问题,有针对性地提出建议。方法:通过问卷调查,获取住培学员满意度相关数据,进行统计分析。结果:广东省住培学员满意度最低为“薪酬待遇”;在临床能力提高的自我评价中,除“医学英语应用能力”外,其他能力提高率均大于50%;“没有归属感”是住培工作最主要的问题,“增加住培学员人文关怀”是呼声最高的建议。结论:应提高住培工作重视度,建立健全激励机制;提高住培学员薪酬待遇的满意度;重视医学英语应用能力的培养,均衡临床各项能力的提升;增加人文关怀,强化住培学员归属感;加强品牌建设,提升医院声誉。 Objective To understand the implementation status of standardized training for resident physicians in Guangdong Province,and to find out the problems existing in the operation of the system and offer recommendations in a targeted manner. Methods Through questionnaire survey, the data related to the satisfaction of students were obtained and statistical analysis was carried out. Results The minimum satisfaction rate of students in Guangdong Province was in “remuneration package”. In the self-evaluation of clinical ability improvement,except for “medical English application ability”, the other ability improvement rates were greater than 50%.“No sense of belonging” was the main problem.“Increasing the humanistic care of students” was the most popular suggestion. Conclusion This paper suggested that hospitals should pay more attention to the standardized training for resident physicians and establish a sound incentive mechanism,improve the satisfaction of the salary and treatment of resident physicians, improve resident physicians' medical English application ability to promote clinical ability,increase humanistic care to strengthen students' sense of belonging, and strengthen brand building to enhance hospital reputation.
