摘　　要： 休闲体育专业是国内的新办专业，其人才培养模式事关培养什么样的人与怎样培养这样的人的问题。通过对目前我国开设该专业的六所体育学院人才培养方案的比较研究，发现我国休闲体育人才培养的目标与规格尚未统一，课程内容设置差异较大，仍然偏重于知识教育的全面系统性，而对学生休闲体育活动设计与服务的实践能力培养不够。进而提出了如下改革对策：休闲体育专业必须明确实践应用型的人才培养目标和指导思想，突出与实践相结合的知识体系，进一步加强完善的实践教学体系。 Leisure sports major is a new major in China. The cultivating model of leisure sports is about the problem of training objective of the civil leisure sports majors and how to get it. By comparative study on the training programs in leisure sports in six sports universities in China, the present research found that the objectives and demands, curriculum designs are different between the six universities. The current civil cultivating model of leisure sports focus on imparting all - round systematic knowledge to students but is not enough of cultivating the practice ability on design and service leisure sports activities for students. This paper puts forward that the training target and the guiding principle of the cultivating model of leisure sports professional talents must be explicitly established standard on practicality and applicability, the curriculum designs must be combined with practice knowledge system, and the practice teaching system must be to further strengthen.
