摘　　要： 较全面分析广东职业教育在进行产业结构调整、实施＂双转移＂战略、建立现代产业体系的过程中所面临的问题,并针对性的提出了形成合理布局、建立职教体系、创新培养模式等解决这些问题的对策措施。 Problems are comprehensively analyzed of vocational education in Guangdong during industrial restructuring, the implementation of the ＂ double shift＂ strategy and the process of establishing a modem industrial system. Based on the analysis a series of countermeasures are put forward such as rational distribution, establishment of vocational education system and innovation of personnel training mode, etc.
