259名本专科护生职业成熟度特点及比较研究

摘  要: 目的比较某医科大学本专科护生职业成熟度差异,为针对性地对护生进行就业指导和职业生涯规划提供依据。方法采用便利抽样的方法,使用职业成熟度量表对某医科大学259名本专科护生进行调查。结果本专科护生职业成熟度总均分为(2.54±0.18)分。本科护生职业成熟度得分为(2.55±0.18)分,专科护生职业成熟度得分为(2.54±0.17)分,不同年级及学历本专科护生职业成熟度总均分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。其中,专科护生职业选择的主动性显著高于本科护生(F=6.87,P〈0.05)。同一年级本专科护生职业成熟度总均分比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),大一专科护生职业选择的主动性高于大一本科护生(t=2.70,P〈0.05),大二本科护生职业自我知识高于大二专科护生(t=3.44,P〈0.05),大三本科护生自信心高于大三专科护生(t=2.28,P〈0.05)。低年级专科护生灵活性得分高于高年级专科护生(F=3.46,P〈0.05),不同年级本科护生专业知识、职业自我知识评分具有统计学意义(F=3.99,3.14;P均〈0.05)。结论本专科护生职业成熟度处于中上水平,不同护生在职业自我知识、专业知识、灵活性、功利性、主动性方面存在差异,应注意加强高年级护生的职业自我知识及职业选择灵活性及本科护生的主动性培养。 Objective To compare the difference of vocational maturity of college nursing students and nursing undergraduates and to provide reference for career guidance and career planning. Methods With convenience sampling, 259 nursing college students and nursing undergraduates were investigated with career maturity inventory. Results The total score of career maturity of nursing students was 2.54±0.18. The score of career maturity of nursing undergraduates 2.55±0.18 and that of college nursing students was 2.54±0.17. The total mean score of nursing students with different educational background showed no statistical significance (P〉0.05). Initiative of career choice of college nursing students was significantly higher than that of nursing undergraduates (F=6.87,P〈0.05) but there was no statistical significance of students from the same grade (P〉0.05). Initiative of career choice of college nursing freshmen was significantly higher than that of undergraduate nursing freshmen (t=2.70,P〈0.05) and undergraduate nursing sophomores presented more professional self knowledge than nursing college sophomores (t=3.44,P〈0.05). Junior nursing undergraduates were more confident than junior college nursing students (t= 2.28,P〈 0.05). The score of flexibility of junior nursing college students was higher than that of senior students (F=3.46,P〈0.05) and the score of professional knowledge and professional self knowledge of students from different grades indicated statistical significance (F=3.99, 3.14; all P〈0.05). Conclusion Career maturity of nursing students maintains in a medium and above level. Differences exist in professional knowledge, professional self knowledge, flexibility, utilitarian and initiative and we should pay attention to strengthening professional self knowledge, and flexibility of career choice of senior students and initiative of nursing undergraduates.
