摘　　要： 目的对工作场所心理暴力行为量表进行翻译和修订,并评价中文版量表的信效度。方法量表的正译和回译采用Brislin双人翻译模式;跨文化调适通过专家组讨论和预调查来进行;便利抽样调查汕头市某两所医院294名临床护士,对量表信效度进行检验。结果中文版工作场所心理暴力量表共抽取了4个公因子,累积方差贡献率为65.487%。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.964,分半信度为0.902;4个维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.848-0.935,分半信度为0.718-0.891。量表的条目内容效度指数均达到0.83,总量表的内容效度指数为0.875。结论中文版工作场所心理暴力行为量表适用于我国文化背景,信效度良好。 Objective To translate and revise the Workplace Psychologically Violent Behaviours（WPVB） instrument into Chinese,and to assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Workplace Psychologically Violent Behaviours.Methods Standard forward-back translation techniques were used in the translation of the WPVB instrument according to the Brislin translation model. Cross-cultural revision of the translated WPVB instrument was carried out through group discussion and pretesting. Totally 294 nurses were recruited using convenient sampling method from two hospitals in Shantou and investigated using the WPVB instrument,and reliability and validity of the instrument were assessed. Results The WPVB instrument contained 4 factors explaining 65. 487% of the total variance. The Cronbach＇s α coefficient of WPVB instrument was0. 964. Its split-half reliability was 0. 902. Each dimension ＇s Cronbach ＇s α coefficient was 0. 848 - 0. 935,and split-half reliability was 0. 718 - 0. 891. Analysis of content validity of the WPVB instrument indicated that I-CVI was at least 0. 83,S-CVI was 0. 875. Conclusion The WPVB instrument is a reliable and valid instrument in the context of Chinese culture.
