摘　　要： 目的：汉化阿尔茨海默病患者挑战性行为量表（Challenging Behavior Scale,CBS）,并进行信度和效度检验。方法：对CBS进行翻译、回译和跨文化调试,形成中文版CBS;方便抽取广州市两所养老院阿尔茨海默病患者照顾者244例,使用中文版CBS进行调查,评价量表的信度和效度。结果：中文版CBS内容效度指数为0.94,各条目的内容效度指数为0.80-1.00,共提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为56.567%,且每个条目在其公因子上的载荷值均〉0.4;中文版CBS总分与中文版Cohen-Mansfield激越问卷呈正相关（r=0.815,P〈0.001）,校标关联效度良好;量表的总Cronbach’sα系数为0.827,重测信度为0.892。结论：中文版CBS在养老院阿尔茨海默病患者中具有良好的信度、效度,可以作为我国阿尔茨海默病患者挑战性行为的测量工具。 Objective： To translate the Challenging Behavior Scale（CBS） into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods： The Chinese version of CBS（CCBS） was translated from the original English version, back-translated and adjusted for cultural adaptation. The reliability and validity were tested in 244 caregivers of patients with Alzheimer disease. Results： The scale-level content validity index（S-CVI） of the CCBS was 0.94, and the item-level content validity index（I-CVI） of the CCBS was 0.80-1.00, which indicated a desirable content validity. Factor analysis extracted 2 common factors, which explained 56.567% of variance of the total scale, and each item had high factor loading（〉0.4）. The Cronbach＇s α was 0.827, and test-retested reliability was 0.892. Conclusion： The Chinese version of CBS has been proved to be valid and reliable. It is a valuable tool for evaluating the Challenging Behavior among patients with Alzheimer disease.
