摘　　要： 目的探讨养老院老年痴呆患者照顾者虐待倾向现状及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样,选取广州市3所大型养老机构340位老年痴呆患者照顾者,采用自编一般资料调查表、中文版照顾者虐待老年人评估量表（CASE）、疲劳量表（FS-14）进行问卷调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果53.2%的养老院老年痴呆患者照顾者存在虐待倾向,影响因素涉及患者及照顾者两个方面,包括患者的年龄、生活自理能力、行为问题、精神科治疗情况,以及照顾者的文化程度、躯体疲劳状态。结论应重视老年痴呆患者受虐问题,并通过多学科团队协作,改善老年痴呆症的自理能力和精神行为症状,减轻老年痴呆患者照顾者的疲劳状况,降低患者的受虐风险。 Objective To investigate the incidence and influential factors of the caregiver＇s abuse tendency a- mong to dementia patients in nursing house. Methods A total of 340 caregivers for dementia patients in 3 large nursing houses of Guangzhou received investigations. Chinese version of caregiver abuse screening （ CASE ） and the self - made general information forms for dementia patients and caregivers were conducted. Results 53.2% professional caregivers of elderly dementia patients in nursing house had the abuse tendency, and its influence factors were involved with both as- pects of professional caregivers and the care recipients, including age, self - care ability of daily living, behavioral prob- lems, psychiatric treatment in the elderly patients, and cultural level and physical fatigue in caregivers. Conclusion The elder abuse problem in the dementia patients in nursing houses should be paid more attention to, and the collaboration of multidisciplinary team should be taken to improve the self - care ability of daily living and behavioral problems of the eld- erly patients, and reduced physical fatigue of earegivers to lower the risk of elder abuse in dementia patients.
