摘　　要： 目的探讨长期护理机构老年痴呆照顾者积极感受与虐待倾向的关系,为预防虐待的发生提供参考。方法采用自编一般情况调查表、老年痴呆照顾者积极感受问卷、虐待老年人评估量表对307名长期护理机构老年痴呆照顾者进行调查。结果长期护理机构老年痴呆照顾者虐待倾向检出率为49.8%;老年痴呆照顾者积极感受问卷得分(33.31±6.76)分;积极感受与虐待倾向呈负相关(ρ=-0.137,P=0.017),独立影响水平总体变异的20.9%。结论照顾者积极感受是老年痴呆照顾者虐待倾向的重要影响因素,加强对老年痴呆照顾者积极感受重视和干预,有助于预防老年痴呆照顾者虐待倾向的发生。 Objective The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between positive aspects and abuse tendency among caregivers of elders with dementia in long-term care facilities, and to provide reference for preventing abuse. Methods307 caregivers of elders with dementia in long-term care facilities were investigated by demographic questionnaire, the Caregiver Abuse Screen(CASE), and Positive Aspects of Caregiver(PAC). Results The detection rate of abuse tendency was49.8% in long-term care facilities. The total score of the positive aspects of the caregivers of elders with dementia was 33.31 ±6.76. The scores of positive aspects were negatively correlated with abuse tendency(ρ=-0.137, P =0.017), and the total variation of independent influence level was 20.9%. Conclusion Positive aspects of caregivers was an important factor affecting abuse tendency of caregivers of elders with dementia. Strengthening the attention and intervention to positive aspects could help prevent the abuse tendency of caregivers of elders with dementia.
