摘 要: 振动训练以其独特的功效,在训练学领域由于能帮助运动员提高训练水平而备受教练员的关注。以网球运动员上肢作为研究对象,探讨振动训练对网球运动员正手击球和双手反手击球产生的影响。结果显示:①振动组运动员正手击球时的爆发力,在小阻力和大阻力下有明显提高,出手速度在小阻力下有明显提高;非振动组运动员中阻力下击球速度有明显提高。②振动训练能使小阻力和大阻力双手反手击球时的爆发力得到明显提高,同时在大阻力下的反手出手速度明显提高;非振动组运动员在大阻力下的爆发力得到提高。③振动训练在该实验中是有效的干预手段,在一定程度上是传统力量训练的补充。 Vibrating training is provided with its unique functions and can improve the training level of athletes,which has been adopted frequently by the coaches.This study took upper limbs of the tennis players as the research object and researched into the vibrating training effect on the tennis forehand and backhand.The result showed that forehand powers of players of the experiment group were obviously improved under the small resistance and large resistance,velocity was improved under small resistance.The velocity of players of the traditional group was promoted significantly under the medium resistance.Moreover,the backhand powers were improved significantly under small resistance and large resistance by vibration training and backhand speed was increased under the small resistance.It could be concluded that vibration training was an effective means of intervention and complementary to traditional strength training.
