摘 要: 课程设计、课程实施和课程评价构成了课程改革的核心环节,新世纪我国基础教育体育课程改革的3个核心环节都面临着新的价值选择。体育课程设计要在以人为本的基础上,实现社会本位、学科本位与学生本位的有机融合。体育课程实施要以"健康第一"为航向标,做到忠实取向、相互适应取向及创生取向的有机结合。体育课程评价要全面落实发展性评价理念,体现体育课程评价促进课程完善、教师专业发展及学生健康成长等方面的课程发展价值。 Curriculum design,curriculum implantation and curriculum evaluation constitute core links in curriculum reform;the three core links in the reform of physical education curriculum in basic education in China in the new century are all facing new value choices.Physical education curriculum design should realize the organic integration of social standard,disciplinary standard and student standard on the basis of people oriented design.Physical education curriculum implementation should base its course indicator on "health first",enable the organic combination of fidelity orientation,mutual adaptation orientation and creation orientation.Physical education curriculum evaluation should comprehensively implement developing evaluation conceptions,embody its curriculum developing values in such aspects as promoting curriculum perfection,professional development of teachers and healthy growth of students etc.
