摘 要: 服务外包承接方在网络中的分工地位由服务外包全球网络体系内的伙伴关系或治理关系所决定。全球服务外包网络体系下的承包商和发包商的关系可分为战术型伙伴关系、战略型伙伴关系和转型伙伴关系三类。我国在承接软件服务业务上与发包国的"战术型"伙伴关系决定了中国软件服务外包在价值链的低端位置。我国的软件承接商要获得技术租、关系租甚至品牌租,必须培养龙头企业,建立差异化的业务模式,提升企业的创新能力和"无缝对接"的供应能力。 The role of contractor in the division of labour in the global service outsourcing networks is decided by the networks partnership or governance relationship. In the global service outsourcing network system,the relationship of service outsourcing contractor and outsourcer can be divided into tactical,strategic and transformational partnership. The tactical partnership between China and the outsourcer countries,decides China's low end in the value chain of software service outsourcing networks. In order to get the technology renting,relation renting and even brand name renting,Chinese software contractors should cultivate leading enterprises,set up differential business mode,promote enterprises' innovative abilities and seamless supply ability.
