摘　　要： 全球服务外包网络体系下的承包商和发包商的战术型、战略型和转型期的治理关系呈现出供应商或承接商技术水平和产品附加值的递进升高状态。服务外包的升级内涵包括链条的价值环节从知识技术密集型低端向知识技术密集型高端环节的升级,同时伴随着主体地位的升级跨越,其路径安排将是“一般供应商—主要供应商—合同主导商—品牌领导者”。问卷调查表明,广东省服务外包供应商仍处于一般供应商到主要供应商的战术型地位,需要构建产业园区内“一般供应商—主要供应商—合同主导商—品牌领导者”角色定位,促进产业集聚的创新能力,知识溢出和服务外包业务溢出的扩散。 There are tactical relation, strategic relation and transformational relation in the global service networks. The three governing relations show the upgrading ol suppliers and services products including the upgrading lrom lower value to higher value. Moreover, the governing relations represent the upgrading lrom general suppliers, main suppliers, and main contractors to the brand leader. Based on the above analysis, this paper studied the questionnaires ol Guangdong service outsourcing situation and lound out that Guangdong service suppliers still remained in the lower value with tactical relation. To upgrade Guangdong service outsourcing, the service industrial park should play a key role to promote the innovation and knowledge to spill out.
