“双创”教育机制下的商务英语谈判课程改革研究

摘  要: 商务英语谈判作为商务英语专业的核心课程,其教学容易出现谈判技巧、谈判策略与谈判内容、谈判项目相互脱钩的问题。通过植入创新创业教育的引导机制,设置"项目为本、策略为翼"的混合式教学目标,从课程体系、教学内容、教学模式、教学方法与手段、师资队伍建设等方面进行改革。可以使学生在课程学习中,增强创新创业意识,提高市场判断力以及在团队中工作、组织和学习适应的能力。实现从单纯的职业能力培养向创新创业能力培养递进。 Business English Negotiation is the core course in of Business English teaching.Negotiation skill,negotiation strategy together with negotiation content and project are easily separated in this course,in order to solute the problem of which,the innovation and entrepreneur education should be brought into to build up a platform system.The teaching of Business English Negotiation should be in conformity with students ' further employment and sustainable development including willingness to learn,independent working/autonomy,working in a team and the ability to manage others,oral communication,coordinating and organizing ability.The teaching reform should include the course system,teaching contents,teaching mode and teaching team which should reflect the integration between "project contents"and "negotiation skills".Students' professional quality and innovation quality can be improved through the innovation and reform in the course.
