摘 要: 本文从知识管理的角度切入,体现知识在图书采购流程中所起的重要作用,通过构建图书采购知识化运作模型,实现业务流、知识流与群体组织的一体化建模,确定模型的中心,揭示模型的动力根源,从而提高图书采购工作的效率与质量。 From the view of knowledge management,this paper indicates that the knowledge-based fuzzy model of book purchasing include the illusion of knowledge,One-sided interpretation of knowledge exchange,and neglect of knowledge accumulation.To achieve the integrated mod-eling of traffic,knowledge flow and community organization,and determine the model center by establishing the knowledge operation model of book purchasing,and then improve the efficiency and quality of book purchasing.
