摘　　要： 20世纪90年代是管理界信任研究分水岭,信任完成第一阶段向第二阶段概念进化。千禧首十年,信任离差首度成为信任研究关注点,以不对称信任为核心的第三阶段信任概念正式建立,信任完成第二阶段向第三阶段进化。从2009年首次在AMJ上发表起,不对称信任已相继获得包括OS、SMJ、JAP在内指标期刊垂青。借助引文分析技术,本文重现了过去56年(1958—2013)来信任研究发展变迁;揭示不对称信任脱胎于信任研究的进化过程,以及对信任内核回归的显著特征。在分析第三阶段信任代际关系、内涵演进、主题发展基础上,探析了不对称视角下,信任研究的前沿热点和未来展望,以期为国内管理界信任研究发展提供新洞见。 1990s is the watershed of trust research in management when the definition of trust has evolved into a new generation.Meanwhile,the first decade of 21 st century,dispersion of trust has gained its importance to trust with the establishment of 3rd generation of trust,evolving from the 2nd generation.Thus far,the 3rd one has its position in the top journal including organization science,strategic management journal,journal of applied psychology.Based on the technique of bibliometrics,beyond the bias of previous review on trust research,we revisit the whole journey of 56 years of trust research development and manage to disclose the evolution of trust asymmetry from trust itself,including the retrospect of nature of trust.Outlining the relationships among generation of trust,connation change,and topic development,we then argue the fronts and expectation of trust research mainly from a trust-asymmetric-based perspective.Traditional trust research has taken trust as symmetric,reciprocal and mutual.However,trust and cheat often co-exist in the management filed.In most cases,one party can＇t have the same level of trust as the other party,and dyadic party has different interpretation to the same thing.This can be the reality in most cases.Thus,how to response to such trust asymmetry situation,and how to understand trust asymmetry,which constitute the hot topic in trust research at present,yet few people have concern on it.Trust is the basic factor facilitating relationship development.Though most scholars have deeply studied the antecedent and outcome of trust,they don＇ t know how to explain the different results from trust research,whereas trust asymmetry has been ignored.Gulati et al（2008） shows that trust asymmetry should be developed into a mature theory,so as to fill the gap left there by trust.Thus,our research hopes to focus on this topic,and contribute to it step by step.We prepared to publish a series of related research,and the first paper has been published on foreign economics and management.This is t
