摘　　要： 珠三角地区的物流企业处于激烈的市场竞争环境，为了节约交易成本，缓解资源限制与需求多样化以及竞争压力与生存发展的矛盾，有必要进行地区间的资源整合。对利润的共同追求使物流联盟的建立成为可能，而信息化建设使物流联盟的建立有了技术支撑。构建珠三角地区的物流联盟应增强企业自身的核心竞争力，实现“双龙带动，错位发展”，并加大政策支持力度。 Logistics corporations in the Pearl River Delta are in a fierce market competition environment. In order to save transaction costs and relieve contradictions between resource constraints and demand variety, and between competitive pressures and survival development, it is necessary to integrate resources among the regions for logistics enterprises in the Pearl River Delta. The common pursuit of profit makes it possible for the formation of logistics alliance. In addition, informationization construction provides it with technical support. The construction of logistics alliance in this area should consider the strengthening of the enterprise＇ s core competitiveness so as to realize the target of ＂Staggered development led by two leading powers, i. e. , enterprises and logistics alliance＂, and also intensifying their support in policy and environment improvement.
