摘　　要： 广东产业结构调整升级对人力资源数量、质量提出了新的要求.文章结合1978—2011年产业结构数据，研究了广东产业结构现状及其未来结构调整发展方向，分析了产业结构变动与人力资源需求之间的关系，提出未来广东在提升从业人员素质的同时，须协调产业结构与就业结构之间的关系，促进劳动力在三次产业间合理转移。 Industrial structure adjttstment and upgrading in Guangdong put forward new requirements to human resources quantity and quality.At.cording to the data about the industrial structure of Guangdong province from 1978 to 2011, the current situation of the industry structure and its future development direction of the restructuring has been studied, and the paper analyzes the relationship between industry development and human resource needs.The conclusion is that the government must improve the quality of labours and coordinate the relationship between industry structure and employment structure in the future, and transfer the labor to the secondary and tertiary industries reasonably.
