摘　　要： 随着<中华人民共和国体育法>的通过和实施,我国体育的三元结构(社会体育、学校体育、竞技体育)最终以法律形式确定下来.然而,"群众体育"在我国人民的现实生活中,尤其在政府重大文献中,仍然是一个使用频率很高的概念.由于历史和现实的原因,人们在实际生活中常常对群众体育、社会体育这两个概念辨别不清,模糊使用.从逻辑学的角度现实地来分析群众体育和社会体育的一些"流行"概念. Along with the enactment and enforcement of Sports Law of People′s Republic of China ,three sectors of sports (social sports ,physical education and athletic sports) are defined by legislation at last .However,the concept of mass sports is still applied frequently in the people′s real lives(especially in the major documents of the government. But some people can not differentiate the two concepts,so they obscurely use them in actual lives. The reason results from the history and reality. By using the documentary method and the comparative method,the authors analyze some'popular'concepts about mass sports and social sports by logic.
