摘　　要： 政府推进基本公共服务均等化行动逻辑在于保障和改善民生，促进社会公平正义，让全体国民共享改革开放的成果。运用文献、观察、访谈、理论分析等研究方法，首先，界定了基本公共体育服务与基本公共体育服务均等化概念。然后，在伦理学视野下，探究了基本公共体育服务均等化的社会公正理论、功利主义理论、贵生理论基础。 The action logic of the equalization of basic public sports services is in guaranteeing and improving the people＇s livelihood, promoting social fairness and justice and enjoying the fruit of reform and opening to the outside world by all Chinese people. The methods of literature, observation, interview and theoretical analysis are used. Firstly, the author defined the concepts of basic public sports services and the equalization of basic public sports services. Then from the perspective of Ethics, the author explored the theoretical bases of the equalization of basic public sports services which based on Social Justice Theory, Utilitarianism and Theory of Caring for Life.
