摘　　要： 非物质文化遗产传承人作为中华文明的创造者和传承者,他们既是非遗传承的主体,又是非遗保护的重点。对目前已经公布的5批国家级民族传统体育传承人进行统计分析,数据呈现出数量少、年龄结构偏大、男女比例失衡、地区分布不均、项目覆盖不全等问题。针对这些问题,从历史、体育、经济、教育、社交5个角度对传承人的更高价值进行剖析,对传承人价值提升的实现途径,提出完善传承人认定制度、落实传承人经济保障、建立传承人多层级保护体系、借助场馆资源、把握节日及运动会契机、利用新媒体新科技等可操作性建议。 As the creator and inheritor of Chinese civilization, intangible cultural heritage inheritors are both the subject of inheritance and the emphasis of protection. This paper makes a statistical analysis of the five batch of national traditional sports inheritors that have been published so far, showing the problems of less number, unreasonable age structure, gender imbalance, uneven regional distribution, and incomplete coverage of projects. In view of these issues, the higher value of the inheritor is analyzed from the perspectives of history, sports, economy, education, and social. The realization way of inheritor’s value promotion is to perfect the identity system of inheritor, carry out the economic security of the inheritor, establish the multilevel protection system of the inheritor, use the resources of the stadiums, grasp the opportunity of festivals and sports meetings, and make use of the new media and new science and technology.
