摘　　要： 体育外交作为新时代中国特色公共外交的重要组成部分,在建设人类命运共同体和实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦进程中发挥着积极的作用。本文利用文献资料法、系统分析法等方法对习近平总书记体育外交战略思想进行梳理和归纳。研究认为,习近平总书记特色大国体育外交涵盖了合作共赢为核心的新型大国体育关系,建设人类命运共同体的双边与多边体育发展和拓宽与国际体育组织交流与合作,进而形成开放新格局。其体育外交战略的主要特征体现在体育元素扩大公共外交圈的先进性,深化民间体育交往的开拓性与多元化体育外交的稳定性。新时代我国体育外交应以讲好中国体育故事,提出中国式体育主张和贡献中国体育智慧作为行动取向。 As an important part of the public diplomacy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,sports diplomacy has played an active role in the process of building community of shared of mankind and realize the Chinese nation’s great revival of the Chinese dream.By using the methods of documentation and system analysis,President Xi Jinping’s strategic thought of sports diplomacy is sorted and summarized.The study holds that the sports diplomacy of the president with the special power of the country covers a new type of sports relations with the core of cooperation and cooperation.The development and expansion of the bilateral and multilateral sports of the human destiny community and the exchange of international sports organizations form a new open pattern.The main feature of its sports diplomacy strategy is the expansion of public diplomacy by sports elements.The advanced nature of the circle deepens the development of folk sports exchanges and the stability of diversified sports diplomacy.In the new era,China’s sports diplomacy should make good use of the Chinese sports story,put forward the Chinese sports propositions and contribute China’s sports wisdom as the orientation of action.
