摘 要: 研究分析学生对教学质量的评价有利于教师对教学方式方法的反思和改进。该研究通过文献资料法,问卷调查法,统计法和访谈法,对学生进行教学质量评价的依据和标准进行研究。结果启示:在推行自主学习时,应依据相对应的优秀教师的标准来制定教师评估表并使之成为教师职业要求和专业发展的指引。更重要的是,教学评估所蕴含的优秀教师标准应和教师和学生心目中的标准达成一致。 The current research studies how the college students evaluate the teaching quality of their English teacher and its effects of the implementation of autonomy. A clear idea can be got from the research that a proper criterion of a good teacher is needed to found the teaching assessment and let it be a guide to ensure professional accountability and facilitate professional development of teachers, Moreover, it is necessary to ensure the good teacher criterion the teaching assessment entailed must consist with the criterion hold in the teachers and students" mind.
