摘　　要： 旅游创新创业作为新常态下旅游发展的重要驱动力,创新创业教育也成为深化高职旅游类人才培养改革的切入点。通过对新常态下旅游行业发展态势及对人才要求的分析,以及对多年的创新创业教育与旅游专业教育融合的现状和问题的反思,可见对于高职类学生而言,“创新”比“创业”更重要,应更强调“创新思维”和“创业精神”赋予他们的意义。基于此提出了专创教育有机融合的人才培养模式新思考:遵循“人才培养市场化”导向,以“三大课程模块”为矩阵,以“三大培养平台”为依托,以“三大服务体系”为保障,以“三大考评方式”为驱动。 Tourism innovation and entrepreneurship is an important driving force of tourism development under the “new normal”economy. Innovation and entrepreneurship education has also become the entry point of deepening the reform of tourism talents training in higher vocational colleges. Through reflecting on the current situation and problems of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and tourism education for these years, we found that,innovation is more important than entrepreneurship. We propose a new way of talent training mode to promote the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and tourism education: follow the market orientation of talent training, construct three course modules, rely on three training platforms, provide three service systems and three ways of assessment.
