摘　　要： 分析了国内外医院开展预约挂号的基本情况,从患者按时到达率和失约率的控制问题、医生出诊管理问题、初诊患者与复诊患者、普通病患与疑难病患的比例问题、医院投入的问题等方面阐述了开展预约挂号存在的难点,提出管理外包是解决预约挂号难题的有效途径。 The basic status of reservation registration in hospital overseas and China was analyzed.Problems such as patient time arrival rate and the rate of missed appointment control,outpatient management,ratio of first visit cases and return visit cases,ratio of ordinary patient and crisis cases and hospital investment were discussed to analyze the difficulties of reservation registration.Contracting is an effective way to solve the problem of reservation registration.
