由技入道——论中国武术之体道思维

摘  要: 以庄子为代表的技道思想不仅作用于中国传统艺术门类,而且也鲜活地体现在武学思想之中。通过"技进乎道"经典艺术思想,中国武术逐步由技入艺,再由艺上升为道。在技艺演练的过程中,武术借助"忘"、"无"与"自然"等途径,实现了具象动作与抽象理念的完满结合。将体道思维纳入武术运思与演练方式的分析当中,进而还原以武演"道",以"道"入武的传统武学思维。这不仅揭示传统武学思想的特征与情貌,也给以武术为代表的中国传统文化研究提供一种新的视角与途径。 The thought concerning skill and Tao represented by Zhuangzi not only acts on Chinese traditional arts,but also remains alive in Wushu thinking.From the classic artistic thought of "from Skill to Tao",Chinese Wushu gradually develops from skill to art,and then from art to Tao.In the process of practice,Wushu realizes the perfect combination of concrete movement and abstract logos by way of "forgetting","void" and "natural".This study integrates the thought of experiencing Tao into the analysis of Wushu thought and ways of practice and then restores to the traditional Wushu thinking of demonstrating Tao through Wu and practicing Wu from Tao.This not only reveals the features and manners of traditional Wushu thought,but also provides a new angle and approach to the research of Chinese traditional culture represented by Wushu.
