我国学校公德教育的现实路径

摘  要: 公德是在公共领域内公民与陌生人或团体打交道时应遵循的基本准则。公德能否有效地形成有赖于社会的历史演进、现实的社会制度和伦理价值取向以及学校道德变革。在当代公德教育中,学校应成为新道德的倡导者、传播者和先行实践者。对此,学校应充分发挥准公共领域的特殊地位,成为清晰划分私人领域与公共领域的示范区和先行实践区;发挥先入为主和科学育人的教育优势,使学生养成遵规守纪的习惯;引导学生自觉地参与公共事务,帮助他们熟悉公共领域的规则及其价值;把法制教育和公德教育有机地结合起来,使学生更深刻地理解公德蕴含的伦理原则;创建足够的空间,让学生以民主的方式参与规则的制定过程,最终引导学生稳健地形成"共有、共享、共遵和共护"等公德观念。 Social morality is the basic principle for citizens to abide by when dealing with strangers or groups in public sphere.The formation of social morality depends on the social history evolution,the realistic social institution and ethical value orientation as well as the transformation of school morality.In the contemporary social morality education,the school should act as the advocator,spreader and prior practitioner of the new morality.Therefore,the school should fulfill its special status of quasi-public sector and become distinct demonstration area and prior practice area of dividing private sphere and public sphere;give play to its educational advantages of "first impressions are firmly entrenched" and to cultivate people in scientific way,and make the students develop the habit of complying with the rules;lead the students to participate public affairs consciously,and instruct them to be familiar with the rules and values of public areas;integrate legal education with social morality organically,and make the students profoundly understand the ethical principles in social morality;develop sufficient space and make students participate the process of formulating the rules in democratic way,and ultimately lead students to soundly form the social morality as "owned by all,enjoyed by all,abided by all and protected by all",etc.
