摘　　要： 道德外烁力既是现代社会维系主流道德权威的强大力量,也是判断个体道德发展水平的重要标志之一。从接受外在要求到学会自律,是人在社会化过程中必须完成的第一次升华,而从自律走向道德外烁,是理想道德人应当完成的第二次升华。这次升华是一个人从道德自律者成长为道德捍卫者的过程。当代中国应当顺应时代发展的迫切要求,改善我国传统文化在处理自律与外烁关系方面的先天不足,形成新的学校德育体系和策略,包括帮助年轻一代确立清晰的主流道德规范;把道德外烁力作为学生道德发展的重要目标;帮助学生逐渐认同道德外烁的重要价值;努力营造一种以民主和公正为核心特征的团体道德气氛;提升学生道德外烁智慧;科学地评价学生道德外烁的发展水平和构成特征,有针对性地进行指导。 The moral externalization is not only the powerful force for the modern society to maintain the mainstream moral authority, but also one of the important symbols to judge the level of individual moral development. The change from accepting external demands to learning self-discipline is the first sublimation that people must complete in the process of socialization. The change from self-discipline to moral externalization is the second sublimation that the ideal moral person should complete and this sublimation is the process where a disciplined person grows into a moral defender. Contemporary China should follow the developing trend of times, improve the deficiencies of traditional Chinese culture in dealing with the relationship between self-discipline and moral externalization, and form a new moral education system and strategies in schools. We should help the younger generations to establish clear mainstream moral norms. We should set an important object to develop the students＂ moral development and help them to identify the important value of moral externalization. We should construct a moral atmosphere characterized with democracy and justice and promote the wisdom of students＂ moral externalization. We should scientifically evaluate the development level and the characteristics of the students＂ moral externalization and provide them with proper guidance.
