论我国体育教师身份认同的迷失与重构

摘  要: 市场经济背景下,体育教师专业化、福利待遇等客观问题基本得以解决,而教学效果仍难尽人意,成为现代体育教育之问。体育教师身份认同的危机,成为当下制约学校体育发展的元问题。研究通过文献资料法、专家访谈法,对我国体育教师身份认同问题进行梳理,比较了20世纪以来不同历史阶段的特点,从"他者向度"和"自我向度"分析了我国体育教师身份认同迷失的原因以及体育教师"污名化"的由来及其对体育教师身份认同产生的影响,并基于"二维向度"从宏观、中观和微观3个层面提出了我国体育教师身份认同的重构之路。主要观点:在宏观层面上,建议研制和出台《教师专业标准》与《体育教师专业标准》,为体育教师身份认同提供法理支持,合理加强对公众认知的引导;在中观层面上,建议地方教育主管部门、高校与基础教育学校形成"联动机制",不断加深对学校体育价值与意义的理解,提高对国家政策的理解和执行水平,为改善体育教师身份认同的"他者维度"提供学科认同方面和教育意义上的支持;在微观层面上,我国体育教师身份认同的理想之维其根本在于自我建设,并提出具体的实施路径。 Under the background of market economy,the objective problems such as the professionalization of physical education( PE) teachers and the welfare treatment have been basically solved,but the teaching effect is still unsatisfactory,which has become the question of modern PE. The crisis of PE teachers’ identity has become a meta problem restricting the development of school PE. Through literature review and expert interview,this paper combs the problems of PE teachers’ identity in China,compares the characteristics of different historical stages since the20 th century,and analyzes the reasons for the loss of PE teachers’ identity,the origin of PE teachers’ stigmatization and its influence on PE teachers’ identity from the perspective of"other orientation"and"self orientation". Based on the two-dimensional direction,it proposes refactoring of our country PE teachers’ identity from such three aspects as the macro,the medium and the micro. The main points are as follows. On the macro level,it is suggested to develop and issue "Professional Standards for Teachers"and "Professional Standards for Physical Education Teachers"to provide legal support for PE teachers’ identity and to reasonably strengthen the guidance of public cognition. On the medium level,it is suggested to form a"linkage mechanism"between local education authorities,universities and basic education schools to deepen the understanding of the value and significance of school PE,and improve the understanding and execution level of national policies. On the micro level,the ideal dimension of PE teachers’ identity in China lies in the self-construction,and specific implementation methods are accordingly put forward.
