摘　　要： 实证研究发现,处于资源丰度高的行业中的公司,其资本结构与公司业绩正相关;相反,处于资源丰度低的行业中的公司,其资本结构与公司业绩负相关。处于高复杂性的行业中的公司,其资本结构与公司业绩正相关;相反,处于低复杂性的行业中的公司,其资本结构与公司业绩负相关。这充分说明,资本结构与行业环境的匹配与否,会影响到上市公司的业绩。 Empirical analysis shows that there is positive correlation between capital structure and corporate performance under industrial environment which is high resource abundance and high complexity;there is negative correlation between capital structure and corporate performance under industrial environment which is low resource abundance and low complexity.It means that firm＇s capital structure must be aligned with the industrial environment and this alignment or match has performance implications.
