高职专业设置与布局的三重判读

摘  要: 随着区域产业转型升级和高等职业教育内涵式发展不断深入,专业建设必将实现螺旋式上升,但其深层次矛盾也随之日益凸显,以"职业岗位"单维面向的专业设置与布局问题重重,大多数高职院校的专业设置全局规划性不强,基础性和整体性较差,配套资源匮乏等,仍滞后于内涵发展要求。从市场"需求端"和人才"供给侧"良性协调发展入手,审视现实问题,理实结合,析出专业设置与布局背后的理论分析范式,形塑基于"产业结构需求、学科基础、办学定位、教育教学资源"四维交织的专业设置与布局逻辑关系框架,历经三重判读,构建高职专业设置与布局的多重维度,把准专业方向,培育特色专业。 With the transformation and upgrading of regional industry and the deeply connotative development of higher vocational education, specialty construction is bound to spiraling, but the deep contradiction is increasingly highlighted. The oriented specialty setting and layout only based on"occupation post"has produced many problems. Therefore, it is suggested to begin with the coordinated development of market"demand side"and talent"supply side", examine realistic problems, combine theory and practice, analyze the theoretical analysis paradigm behind specialty setting and layout, shape four-dimensional logical analysis framework for specialty setting and layout based on"industrial structure demand, discipline foundation, school-running orientation education and teaching resources", experience triple interpretation, construct the multiple dimensions of specialty setting and layout, grasp specialty direction, and cultivate characteristic specialty.
