摘　　要： 文章基于2001—2014年中国工业企业的面板数据,通过构建多层次多指标的综合效率评价体系,运用熵权法,分析和比较不同所有制类型的工业企业的综合效率。通过确定各指标的权重,并得出综合评价值,实证结果客观地反映了不同所有制类型工业企业的时序发展状况和综合效率差异。为提高不同所有制工业企业综合效率,文章提出优化所有制结构并推进混合所有制改革、确保国有企业主导地位和引导非国有企业稳步发展等对策。 Based on the panel data of China industrial enterprises 2001 to 2014, this paper establishes multi-level and multi index comprehensive efficiency evaluation system by using the entropy weight method to determine the weight of each index. Results reflect the temporal development of different types of ownership industrial enterprises and comprehensive efficiency differences. In order to promote the comprehensive efficiency evaluation value of industrial enterprises of different ownership types, we should optimize the effectiveness of the reform of the economic system, ensure the dominant position of state-owned enterprises and guide private-owned enterprises healthy development.
