摘 要: 企业的成本控制是企业生存与发展的重要部分,随着我国国民经济持续稳定的发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高,尤其是电子商务、交通运输业的迅猛发展,物流运输、物流快递的需求日益扩大,给物流业提供了持续、良好的市场前景。而港口物流企业借助港口的便利性形成大宗货物、零散货物的集散地。港口物流企业想在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势,占据有利地位就需要加强成本的控制与管理,实现公司资金的有效优化和利用。本文以广东省湛江港口的物流企业为分析对象,结合湛江港物流企业的发展模式和存在的问题,提出改进的策略。 Cost control is an important part of an enterprise's survival and development. With the continuous development of China's national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, especially the rapid development of e-commerce and transportation, logistics demand has been increasing, and it provides a sustained and good market prospects for logistics industry. The port logistics enterprises with the convenience of the port have formed bulk cargo, scattered goods distribution center. In order to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition and occupy a favorable position, port logistics companies need to strengthen the cost control and management, to achieve effective optimization and use of corporate funds. This paper takes the logistics enterprises in Zhanjiang port of Guangdong province as the analysis object, and puts forward the improvement strategy according to the development model and the existing problems of logistics enterprises of Zhanjiang port.
