摘 要: 针对我国管理咨询市场的发展阶段状况、咨询用户的咨询需求情况、本土管理咨询业所面临的机遇与挑战以及应该如何面对机遇迎接挑战等相关议题,逐一进行客观求实的揭示、分析与论述,以求在我国管理咨询发展的现实状态下,提出科学可行的发展策略,并从市场现状的调查统计数据中,挖掘提炼一些能间接反映现阶段我国某些行业、产业发展动态的结论。 The paper makes some rather objective revelations, judgments and reviews which are about the status of management consulting market in China ,the users advisory demand situation and the challenges and opportunities that local management consulting companies are be- ing faced with. And according to these,the paper puts forward some operational developing strategies to optimize the development of management consulting industry, and then digs out and concludes some indirect tendencies referring to the current market survey data.
