摘　　要： 构建高校学生党支部、班级与团支部的协同工作机制,有利于发挥学生党支部的核心引领作用,提升学生党员的模范带头作用,形成良好的班风学风,增强班级凝聚力。为此,必须明确党支部、班级、团支部的定位和职责,建立协调工作机制,建立完善的评价与监督机制,健全学生干部选拔机制。 The construction of the cooperative working mechanism of the student Party branch, class and League branch in colleges and universities is conducive to giving full play to the core leading role of the student Party branch, promoting the exemplary leading role of student party members, forming a good atmosphere of study in the class and enhancing the cohesion of the class. Therefore, there is need to define the position and responsibilities of the Party branch, the class branch and the League branch, establish coordination mechanism and perfect evaluation and supervision mechanism and improve the selection mechanism of student cadres.
