职业技能与职业道德共融发展的理论逻辑和实践路径

摘  要: 现阶段,职业院校推进职业技能与职业道德共融发展面临着学理、失范、归属及效力等困境。根据马克思主义生产力与生产关系以及科学技术与道德的有关理论,通过分析职业技能与职业道德的内在逻辑关系和内在结构要素的差异性与融合性,不仅理顺了二者共融发展的逻辑关系,而且找到了二者共融发展的可能性和可行性。采取人才培养供给侧改革、吸纳社会优质教育资源、设置职业情境组织教学、发挥大数据平台的载体功能,将有效推动职业技能与职业道德的共融发展。 At present,vocational colleges are faced with the academic dilemma,social dilemma,belonging dilemma,effective dilemma of the integrated development of professional skills and professional ethics.According to the Marxist theory of the relationship between productivity and relations of production and the relationship between technology and morality,this paper analyzed the internal logical relationship between professional skills and professional ethics and the difference and integration of internal structural elements,which not only sorts out the logical relationship between the integrated development of the two,but also finds out the possibility and feasibility of the integrated development of them.Adopting the reform of talent cultivation supply side,absorbing the high-quality educational resources of society,setting up the vocational situation to organize teaching and giving full play to the carrier function of big data platform will effectively promote the integrated development of professional skills and professional ethics.
