摘　　要： 城市建设用地扩展规模划定方法的研究在城市快速发展和土地利用总体规划修编的当前,是土地管理领域研究的热点之一。通过利用相关分析、统计分析、GIS的空间分析和统计功能等手段,提出了科学、可行的划定城市建设用地扩展边界的方法,并将佛冈建成区周边地块划分为农地保护区、限制建设区、禁止建设区、允许建设区和有条件建设区五个功能区。同时,结合政府管理部门、规划环保部门和开发商等的不同行为主体的博弈分析,综合确定建设用地的空间扩展的时序、方向和位置。结果表明：提出的确定城市建设用地扩展规模的方法是比较实用的方法,能够方便不同主体参与到规划中,以达到合理确定建设用地空间布局的目的。 Research methods of expansion scale of urban construction land is the hot topic of land management problems during the current rapid urban development and land use planning revision.The paper put forward a scientific and feasible zoning methods of expansion boundary of urban construction land with correlation analysis,statistical analysis,the spatial analysis and statistical function of ARCGIS;Then surrounding land of Built-up areas in Fogang is divided agricultural land conservation area,restricted building area,prohibition construction area,allowed construction area and conditional construction area;Finally,timing,direction and position of spatial expansion of construction land is determined,combined game analysis of different participants of the Government management departments,planning and environmental protection departments and developers,etc.It is conclude that the paper proposes a more practical method of determine expansion scale of urban construction land,it is easily that different subjects participate in land planning,to reasonably determine to spatial expansion pattern of construction land.
