摘　　要： 生鲜电商的发展推动了传统生鲜农产品物流模式的变革。文章按运营主体的不同,对自建冷链物流模式、第三方冷链物流模式、社区配送冷链物流模式和众包物流模式四种类型进行了分析。并从生鲜电商企业、消费者和生鲜农产品的角度对四种物流模式的优缺点进行了对比。最后,文章为生鲜电商的长远发展提出了建议。 The development of E-commerce of fresh agricultural products promoted the transformation of traditional fresh agricultural products logistics mode. According to different operating subject, the article analyzed the self-built cold-chain logistics distribution mode, the third party cold chain logistics mode, community cold-chain logistics mode and crowdsourcing logistics mode in E-commerce of fresh agricultural products industry. And from the view of enterprises, consumers and fresh agricultural products, three basic elements in the logistics mode of E-commerce of fresh agricultural products, the article compared the advantages and disadvantages of four types of logistics mode. Finally, the article proposed some advices for the long-term development of Ecommerce of fresh agricultural products.
