摘　　要： 基于互联网学术文献，总结了当前美国金融危机造成的影响、产生的主要原因和解决对策，为深入认识美国金融危机和从中吸取教训提供了参考。 Based on the academic literatures from the internet, the paper summarizes the impact, the main causes and the countermeasures of the financial crisis in the U. S.. The purpose of the paper is to provide reference to the deeper understanding of the crisis and draw lessons from it.
