摘 要: 成果导向教育理念可以归纳为“一个执行范式、二个关键目标、三个关键假设、四个执行原则及五个实施环节”。成果导向教育聚焦学习最终成果、扩大机会支持学习者的成功学习并自我实现,促进教育内涵回归培养质量。推行成果导向教育,是深化职业教育综合改革、促进高水平专业建设的有效途径。 The outcome-based education could be summarized as one performing paradigm, two key objectives, three critical assumptions, four enforcement principles and five implementation links. The outcome-based education focuses on the final learning result, expanding the opportunity to support learners successful acquisition and self- actualization. It promotes the educational connotation back into quality training. Implementation of the outcome- based education is an effective way to deepen the comprehensive revolution of vocational education, and promote top-level professional construction.
