宋代花卉入饮研究

摘  要: 宋代花卉入馔渐成风尚,其中花卉入饮占了相当大的比例。究其原因,除了繁荣的社会经济为花卉入饮之风的盛行奠定了物质基础外,更与宋人崇尚自然的生活态度、恬淡雅致的审美情趣有关。研究宋代以花入饮文化对今人更科学地利用花卉、促进花卉食品的开发有借鉴意义。 This paper analyzes the reason why the style of combining flowers into drinks in the Song Dynasty is becoming popular from the subjective reason and the objective reason. Objectively, the improved technique of planting produced wide variety of flowers thus enriched people's material and mental life. Subjectively, people of Song Dynasty advocated natural life and their tranquil, elegant and aesthetic appeals made the idea popular. In conclusion, it is significant to study the phenomenon because it brings inspirations to the people today in the scientific use of flowers and the developments of floral foods.
