摘　　要： 以就业为导向,结合东莞职业技术学院的人才培养实践,以职业、岗位、工作为基本依据来设计课程体系,最大限度地实现教学体系与职业、工作岗位要求的对接,充分推动学生就业和发展,提出了以就业为导向的课程开发思路：（1）突出职业生涯发展,（2）突出核心职业能力,（3）体现工作情境的一体化仿真教学,（4）就业导向的课程评价. Combined with the talent training practice in Dongguan Polytechnic and based on employment - o- riented education, this thesis puts forward the idea of employment - oriented curriculum development in which cur- riculum is designed based on occupation, post and job to combine teaching system with occupation, post and job maximally. The new idea includes ： （ 1 ） highlight the occupation career development, （2） highlight the soul occu- pation ability, （3） integrated and simulated teaching reflecting work situation, （4） the employment oriented cur- riculum evaluation.
