摘　　要： 文章论析了非物质文化遗产保护在国家文化安全体系中的重要地位及其在全球化和现代化背景下遭遇的个性丧失、内涵异化等危机，提出生产性保护开发及大众传承等活态传承形式是实现非物质文化遗产保护、维护国家文化安全的根本路径。 The thesis discusses and analyzes the important position of intangible cultural heritage protection in the national culture security system,and the crisis of losing characteristics and differentiating dimension faced in the globalization and moderation background.It proposes that only active succession methods,for example,productive protection and development and mass succession,are the root measurements to realize intangible cultural heritage protection and to protect national culture security.
